of preventing future events across the system. The reports that are submitted through
this web site will be used as part of the regional and statewide quality improvement plans to
make changes to the system that will reduce or prevent future similar events.
This is the official EMS Flag for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as designated by the PA Department of Health, Bureau of Emergency Medical Services. The flag design was a stakeholder-driven process through the Pennsylvania Emergency Health Services Council (PEHSC). The final design was selected by a majority vote of field providers across the Commonwealth. It is 3’x5’ with heading and grommets, and constructed of white nylon suitable for outdoor use. A flag order form is available on the PEHSC web site home page at www.pehsc.org
