NEWS & SUPPORT ISSUES:

December 20, 2005

Unscheduled outage. We apologize for this outage. A special thanks to Dave Bruck for helping get us back on line quickly. Without going into detail the cause of the outage was due to Comcast.

December 16, 2005

On Thursday December 22nd, the Bucks County Data Collection System will be unavailable for maintenance from 10am until 2pm. During this scheduled maintenance you will be able to utilize the physical installs without any interruptions.

September 15, 2005

The IP address of the data collection system will be changing Monday around 0800 hrs. At that time, if you are unable to access EMSPro through http://www.bucksems.com:8082 please go to http://www.bcehs.com/bcdc/ for access. The normal way of connecting is expected to back in service within 48 hours (during this 48 hour period, some stations might be able to access the bucksems site directly, and some might not). Any questions, email us at support@bcehs.com or visit us at http://www.bcehs.com/bcdc_techupdate.htm

September 5, 2005

Due to nightly backup schedules, the modem connection used for dial-up synchronization will be disabled every morning from 2:45am until 5:15am. Please make arrangements to sync at other times. Thank you!
