This is the official EMS Flag for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as designated by the PA Department of Health, Bureau of Emergency Medical Services. The flag design was a stakeholder-driven process through the Pennsylvania Emergency Health Services Council (PEHSC). The final design was selected by a majority vote of field providers across the Commonwealth.  It is 3’x5’ with heading and grommets, and constructed of white nylon suitable for outdoor use.
A flag order form is available on the PEHSC web site home page at www.pehsc.org
