September 15, 2008 - 1930
- All Bucks County Ambulances are back home. Bucks County Team leader and another Bucks member stayed behind with there support vehicle while another local ambulance is being repaired to accompany them on the return trip to PA.

PA DOH EMS Strike Team Update
- The EMS Strike Teams are approximately 60 miles south of Memphis, Tennessee.
- The Western crews will be home tonight around 11pm
- The Eastern crews will stop tonight to sleep and return home tomorrow September 16, 2008.
- The Team leaders will check in with SEOC upon arrival in Pennsylvania. There are no unmet needs at this time.

PA DOH EMS Strike Team Update
- As of 6:30 (Eastern Time) tonight The EMS Strike Teams were approved to leave and are heading home. Due to the late start they are expect to arrive on Tuesday.

- After searching through the night. Teams moved to the Hyamen center Lafayette LA. Teams set up a new base camp.

PA DOH EMS Strike Team Update - 21:15
- The PA and Ohio EMS Strike Teams are combining and being deployed to southern parts of LA in support of a search and rescue operation. They will be moving south from Zachary Louisiana at 8am.
- Currently two members of the team are traveling south to ensure that the housing is in place to support the operation and teams. Team members are resting and are prepared for this new mission.

PA DOH EMS Strike Team Update - 1040 Hours
- 18 ambulances are on site at the 1st Baptist Church in Zachary Louisiana.
- 5 Philadelphia ambulances will arrive at 12 noon today.
- 1 ambulance from Warminster is in Chattanooga Tennessee awaiting a part for their ambulance.
- Credentialing has been started by the State of Louisiana.
- Accountability system for ambulances and personnel was put in place by Greg Pijar.
- The teams formed unified command with the 3 EMS Teams from Ohio.
- Mission Assignment,
After credentialing has been completed, 5 units will provide emergency response duties to Baton Rouge, LA on a 24 hour basis. Command staff is putting a roster and rotation schedule together for that mission.

September 11, 2008 - 2048
- Teams arrived at the church in Zachery and set up camp in the same room as last time

- There have been some vehicle related problems that appear to be getting repaired. One vehicle is being repaired and expended to be back under way soon. The second vehicle had AC issues and for pt care and comfort that is a requirement is La. Part are being order and the crew will be spending the night in Chattannogga.
- The remained of the units are expecting to pull into Zachery, La around 1800 hrs. This will give them time to get settled in before reporting for duty at 0600 on Friday the 12th
September 10, 2008 - 1900 est
- 4 ambulances are were deployed from Bucks County along with 1 ambulance from Montgomery County with 4 providers for each ambulance to maintain 24/7 ALS service. There is also 1 ALS Team Leader for all Ambulances to report to completing 1 ambulance STRIKE TEAM.
- The teams left the Bucks County Emergency Service building around 1900 hrs traveling to Zachery, La to meet up with 20 other ambulances from PA.
- The current mission contracted for will have the teams staging in Zachery, La. Once a base camp is established the units will fall into La command for mission assignments.

Central Bucks Ambulance - 1 unit
Second Alarmers Rescue Squad - 1 unit
Tri-Hampton Rescue Squad - 1 unit
Warminster Ambulance Corp. - 1 unit
